Heuser & Heuser, LLP is a family and Veteran-owned personal injury law firm serving Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas for over 35 years. We’re seeking a driven and personable Intake Sales Specialist to join our growing team to connect with and capture new clients for our services. This role is about connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our services to show why Heuser & Heuser is the right choice.

Position Overview

We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to go above and beyond for both the client and the firm, who will work flawlessly with our team of motivated and successful intake specialists and our strong team of paralegals and administrative professionals. If you are hungry to boost your career as an Intake Specialist, have the skillset to close clients on our services, and the ability to present our firm to clients in a way that demonstrates our ability to meet all of their needs, you will be an excellent addition to our team!

Compensation :  $18 - $22 / hour PLUS A BONUS for each signed client

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and send new client paperwork and correspondence; follow up with potential clients to obtain required documents or information to complete the intake process
• Work closely with the marketing team to collaborate on outbound sales tactics to maintain the brand and increase new client volume
• Collaborate with team members across levels of the organization to curate an ideal client experience, beginning with the intake phase
• Being a closer, someone who is able to relate to clients and increase client conversion to our firm
