Their average project size is in the $40M - $100M+ range. They are actively hiring for their data center arm.

Job Description

Lead and manage all phases of data center construction projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.

Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain efficiency throughout project execution.

Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.

Manage risk assessments and troubleshoot issues to maintain project continuity.

Prepare and present project updates to clients and internal teams.

Foster strong relationships with clients to promote future partnerships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful National Travel - PM & Supers - Data Center should have :

What's on Offer

PMs : base salary range $90k-$134k

Supers : base salary range $90k - $130k
