The target hiring range for this position is $95,000-$103,000.
Position Summary :
The Director of Programs will lead the strategic planning, development, and management of Nightingale Foundation's programs, including scholarships and educational initiatives. This role ensures programs align with the Foundation's mission, meet community needs, and deliver measurable outcomes. The Director of Programs will oversee program implementation, evaluation, compliance, and team management, working closely with the Director of Community Engagement to ensure community-informed design and partnerships drive program success.

All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
