The target hiring range for this position is $95,000-$103,000.

Position Summary :

The Director of Programs will lead the strategic planning, development, and management of Nightingale Foundation's programs, including scholarships and educational initiatives. This role ensures programs align with the Foundation's mission, meet community needs, and deliver measurable outcomes. The Director of Programs will oversee program implementation, evaluation, compliance, and team management, working closely with the Director of Community Engagement to ensure community-informed design and partnerships drive program success.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of all Foundation programs, including scholarships and education initiatives.
• Manage program staff, interns, and volunteers, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish and monitor program performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate impact.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and compliance with donor and grant requirements.
• Collaborate with the Director of Community Engagement to co-design programs informed by community needs.
• Support fundraising efforts with program insights, reports, and impact data.
• Represent the Foundation at events and conferences to share programmatic impact.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to expand or enhance programming.

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
