Key Responsibilities

Manage planned maintenance activities and create vendor maintenance schedules

Respond to and resolve network maintenance inquiries from customers

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

7+ years of relevant experience in telecom change and event management

Strong project management skills with experience managing operational projects
