GYG is looking for its next Field Marketing Manager to help grow brand awareness and drive sales in the Chicagoland region and beyond.
The Field Marketing Manager reports to the Head of US Marketing and will spearhead field marketing initiatives, develop and manage an array of local store marketing plans and lead marketing for all new restaurant openings.
The Field Marketing Manager plays a key role in developing, executing and measuring the results of various marketing campaigns, and will work closely with Restaurant Operators, Business Coaches, Training, and Marketing teams to develop and implement marketing programs that are designed to build brand awareness, drive traffic and build check within specific markets.
Brand Awareness
Build, maintain and strengthen the GYG brand position across local communities
Marketing Support
Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of location-specific, field marketing programs including, but not limited to fundraisers, sponsorships, community outreaches, events, email, and social media
Collaborate with the marketing department and field operators to define a monthly restaurant-specific marketing plan that supports sales goals
Manage the process for development, execution, and evaluation of marketing plans for a variety of restaurants
Community Involvement
Develop and drive targeted interactions with local communities to increase awareness and traffic to GYG restaurants
Events
Independently plan, implement, and coordinate marketing and community events, coordinating with vendors, and ordering marketing collateral
Campaign Performance
Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports delivered to leadership on a regular basis
Vendor Management
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs
Budgets
Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize impact and ROI for LSM activities
Field Presence
Establish relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to expand brand reach and visibility within the community
