About the Role : FP&A Director

This isn't your run-of-the-mill FP&A gig. The FP&A Director will own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and modeling-but also step into the spotlight for strategic initiatives and M&A projects. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll have the freedom and visibility to shape the company's financial future while building out a high-impact FP&A function.

What You'll Do : FP&A Director

FP&A Director will lead forecasting and budgeting cycles

Build and mentor the FP&A team

Deliver monthly reporting and dashboards

Perform variance and trend analysis that actually gets noticed

Track and analyze KPIs to drive smarter decisions

Develop and refine financial models to guide strategy

Partner on strategic planning and growth initiatives

What You Bring : FP&A Director

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

8+ years of relevant FP&A experience
