Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the MI Bridges team within MiConnect , supporting new development initiatives and large-scale platform enhancements. This role requires a self-motivated, fast learner who thrives in an Agile environment and is comfortable collaborating directly with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications to support MI Bridges initiatives
• Implement new features, configurations, and customizations on the Salesforce platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams including business analysts, QA, and stakeholders
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and scalability guidelines
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams on technical solutions and progress
