Client Interaction : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource throughout the sales process. Address client questions, concerns, and objections promptly, providing detailed and accurate information to facilitate decision-making. Collaboration : Coordinate with the product development team to stay updated on new features, enhancements, and product roadmaps, ensuring demos reflect the latest offerings. Provide valuable feedback to marketing and product teams based on client interactions, demo experiences, and market trends. Training and Development : Train and mentor new team members on effective product demonstration techniques, tools, and best practices. Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to improve demo skills and product knowledge. Technical Proficiency : Troubleshoot technical issues during demos and provide immediate solutions to ensure uninterrupted presentations. Maintain an in-depth understanding of competing products and technologies to effectively differentiate our solutions and highlight unique selling points. Qualifications : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology or software industry.
