What We're Looking For :

Altra Home Health is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA). As a CNA / HHA, you will be responsible for delivering essential personal care services tailored to meet the unique needs of our patients.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with patient laundry when necessary.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Ensure patient safety.
• Report significant changes in the patient's condition directly to their supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist with patient feeding when required.
• Monitor and record patient temperature.
• Assist patients with ambulation.
• Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols.
• Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines.
• Offer bathing assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading.
