A company is looking for a Project Controls Finance Lead to manage financial aspects of project controls for the HCM Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and execute all phases of project controls, including planning / scheduling and cost analysis
Provide financial support and guidance to stakeholders while ensuring timely completion of monthly reporting
Lead a team of Project Control Analysts, coordinating staffing requirements and facilitating staff development
Required Qualifications
US Citizen
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
5-8 years of experience in a financial capacity, preferably in the U.S. Federal Government contractor space
Strong federal finance and accounting experience, including knowledge of FAR and CAS
Proficient with Costpoint, Excel, and other MS Office business software
