Are you a passionate, hardworking, and dedicated attorney with a knack for personal injury law? We are looking for a Permanent Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including Auto Accidents, Slip and Fall, Truck Accidents, and Motorcycle Accidents. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of winning cases, negotiating settlements, and providing outstanding client service.

Responsibilities :

1. Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including but not limited to, Auto Accidents, Slip and Fall, Truck Accidents, and Motorcycle Accidents.

2. Conduct thorough case investigations to determine the validity and potential value of each case.

3. Develop and implement case strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.

4. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

5. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies to secure the best possible outcome for clients.

6. Represent clients in court proceedings, effectively presenting their case and arguing on their behalf.

7. Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining regular communication with clients and keeping them informed about the progress of their case.

8. Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in personal injury law to provide the most effective representation for clients.

Qualifications :

1. J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admitted to the New York state bar and in good standing. (NJ admitted a plus but not required)

3. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney.

4. Extensive experience in handling cases involving Auto Accidents, Slip and Fall, Truck Accidents, and Motorcycle Accidents.

5. Proven track record of successfully negotiating settlements and winning cases.

6. Excellent litigation skills, with experience in all phases of the litigation process.

7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.

9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

10. Ability to manage a high caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

11. Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
