Direct Client - Oxnard, CA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS and payroll system support, resolving technical and functional issues.

Oversee system enhancements, updates, testing cycles, and configuration changes within Oracle HCM modules.

Drive HR technology projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.

Develop, maintain, and deliver analytical HR reports, dashboards, and data integrations with other systems.

Required Skills & Experience :

H ands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) , specifically in US Payroll and Benefits .

Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll processes, and Oracle HCM functionality.

Exceptional analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
