Location : 248 West 300 North, Logan, Utah

Shift : We have an immediate need for individuals who can work day & evening shifts. We are interviewing for other shifts as well.

Training : To begin mid-July. Regular shifts will begin early August prior to the new school year.

Key Attributes and Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and intake / output as directed.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team.
• Follow care plans and provide emotional support to residents.
• Report any changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse.
