Responsibilities

Identifying and prospecting new clients.

Conducting thorough insurance needs assessments to understand each client's unique requirements.

Educating clients on various insurance and financial products, explaining coverage options, and providing guidance in making informed decisions.

Customizing insurance packages to suit individual client needs and budgets.

Managing and maintaining a robust client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Collaborating with the sales team to strategize and implement effective marketing initiatives.

Participating in community events and networking activities to enhance the agency's visibility and foster strong relationships.

Staying informed about industry trends, product updates, and changes in regulations to provide clients with the most relevant information.

Demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, claims, and policy-related concerns.

Continuously refining and expanding your knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

Confident self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.

Achieve new business sales goals through leads and referrals, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Generate quotes and drive sales by effectively communicating the value of insurance products.

Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through various channels, including leads and referral sources.

Ensure positive relationship building with clients, providing a high level of service and responsiveness.

Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses; already possessing a license is a plus / Will train unlicensed candidates to earn the Hybrid / Remote position.

Hybrid / Remote position ONLY available to licensed and experienced in P&C insurance candidates.
