Responsibilities
- Build clientele via warm leads and maintaining retention.
- Create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and cross sell.
- Assist clients with payments and policy changes.
- Educate and advise clients.
Requirement
- Property & Casualty License required, licensing assistance available.
- 3+ years insurance sales or customer service experience required.
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Agency Management software proficiency.
- A team player who is self motivated and goal oriented.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and make decisive decisions.
- Professional communication skills.
