Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist, you will report to the Business Development Manager, and work closely with the entire Business Development and District Leadership Teams. There will be vital interaction to ensure our approach to new work pursuits is an organized and efficient operation. At Kiewit, the scale of our operations is huge. This position is based out of Houston, TX. This is a shared service environment in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Kiewit's CRM tool to reflect current opportunities and pipeline status.
• Administer and update project pages with relevant contacts, competitors, and owner information.
• Generate and qualify leads to support business development efforts.

Market Research & Strategy

Proposal & Marketing Support

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

Process Improvement & Coordination
