Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes, conduct inspections, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Conduct inspections and audits of materials, components, and finished products to assess conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and non-conformities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, to resolve quality-related issues and improve product performance.
• Utilize statistical analysis and quality tools to monitor process performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in design reviews and new product development activities to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality-related processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Support customer complaints investigations and coordinate corrective actions to address customer concerns.
• Maintain quality documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Physical Demands :

Sitting for long periods. Dexterity and coordination to handle files and single pieces of paper; occasional lifting of items weighing up to twenty-five pounds such as files, stacks of paper, reference and other materials. Moving from place to place within the office; minimum reaching for items above and below desk level. Strength, dexterity, coordination, and vision to use keyboard and video display terminal for prolonged periods.
