Solutions Engineer

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to design, demonstrate, and deliver enterprise solutions on their ITSM platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, demos, and solution validation for enterprise prospects

Guide customers through platform setup, configuration, and integration during onboarding

Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle and conduct training sessions

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role within a SaaS or ITSM environment

Strong background in ITSM platforms, monitoring / alerting, or workflow automation

Solid understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem)

Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, webhooks, and light scripting (Python or PowerShell preferred)

Experience integrating enterprise systems and managing multi-tenant SaaS environments
