Front Desk Clerk

Our Motel 6 location in New Braunfels has an immediate need for a front desk clerk. This team member is crucial to the property's success, ensuring that our guests are provided a fast, accurate check-in by a smiling, friendly face after their long travels. Our front desk clerk will manage our guests' check-ins and check-outs, as well as be the first responder to any guest issues.

The person selected for this role will have :

• Experience in a hands-on customer service role-preferably in fast food, retail, or hospitality environment
• Computer efficiency
• Passion for customer service
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
• Problem identification and resolution skills
• Must be willing to work flexible hours and days / nights
