Recruiting System Administrator

A company is looking for a Recruiting System Administrator, Remote - Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and configure various recruiting systems, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project guidelines

Support and enhance recruiting applications, providing project management and documentation of requirements

Collaborate with HR teams to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with data privacy and EEO standards

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with HR information systems (Oracle-Taleo and Salesforce)

4+ years of analytical experience

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Strong experience in MS Excel and report writing

Working knowledge of HR technology
