Sanitation Technician Supervisor (Production)

Description

The Sanitation Supervisor directs and coordinates activities of the sanitation department in keeping the production equipment and facilities in a clean and orderly condition by performing sanitation and building custodian / janitorial duties as directed.

Hours : 8 : 00 pm until 4 : 30 am

Sunday through Thursday

Key Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties

• Records SSOPs performed and ensures department is following sanitation schedule.
• Assists workers with SSOPs and provides guidance when needed.
• Maintains employee time and sanitation records.
• Orders chemicals and supplies as needed for department.
• Clean and sanitizes all production equipment in compliance with FDA, HACCP, and other applicable regulations and documents such.
• Supervises the activities of the sanitation staff, including building custodian.
• Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.

• Adheres to company Policy and Procedures.
• Performs duties as workload necessitates.
• Maintains a positive and respectful attitude.

• May perform other duties as required.
