What You'll Do
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of medical staff, including physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff.Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to support efficient clinical operations.Monitor and evaluate patient care quality, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring best practices are followed.Plan and conduct staff orientation, training, and ongoing professional development programs.Oversee and maintain patient medical records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.Foster effective communication among medical staff, administrative personnel, and patients to support smooth workflow and collaboration.Address and resolve operational challenges, staffing concerns, and patient care issues in a timely and professional manner.Assist in departmental budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning.Prepare, analyze, and present regular reports on clinical performance, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a healthcare supervisory or leadership role.
Strong understanding of clinical operations , patient care standards, and regulatory compliance.Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Effective written and verbal communication abilities to work with staff, providers, and patients.Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff.Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of budget management and resource planning within a clinical environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.Commitment to maintaining high-quality patient care and promoting a positive, team-oriented work culture.Bilingual Mandarin / Cantonese fluency is preferred.Previous experience working in Gastroenterology is a plus.Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
This position is an onsite role working out of our outpatient GI clinic. The office is located at 333 S Garfield Avenue #A, Alhambra, CA 91801.The total compensation target pay range for this role is between $69,000 - $74,000 annually.
