Sr. Human Resource Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist works independently to perform all critical functions within the human resource office while interfacing with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management cycle; Administer routine local training; Coordination of corporate sponsored training; Support managers in routine development planning; Address moderately complex questions by managers and employees; Responsible for routine employee grievances; Address questions on compensation and benefits; Conduct reporting and analytics, as needed.
Functions and Responsibilities
Support the development, review and implementation of the company's benefits program
Administer the company benefits program including medical and dental insurance, long-term disability, leave of absences, flexible spending accounts, life insurance and the employee assistance program
Act as the liaison between employee and insurance provider to help resolve benefits related questions
Manage the performance evaluation and compensation review process
Identify, recommend and develop new approaches, policies and procedures that improve the efficiency within the department and services performed
Administer human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel
Assist, advise and / or coach employees, supervisors and managers on grievances, conflict resolution and employment questions
Maintain the employee handbook, benefits guide, and other policy and procedure manuals
Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
Participate in HR staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars
Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
Maintain awareness on current HR trends with a special focus towards benefits, compensation and performance management
Able to work independently under limited supervision and with all levels of the organization
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Skills, Education and Required Experience
Education : required a completed bachelors Degree (or international equivalent).
Minimum Experience : Minimum Experience 2 to 4+ Years.
Proficient in MS Office
Demonstrated experience working with an HRMS system
Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail in developing and composing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Compensation
Pay Range : $100,300 to $159,400 annually
