Customer Finance Specialist

A company is looking for a Customer Finance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate customer account records and ensure timely invoicing

Review contracts and billing terms for compliance and generate invoices accordingly

Drive collection efforts on overdue accounts and act as a primary contact for billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

Strong curiosity and initiative with a focus on process improvement

Openness to learning new technologies, including AI tools

Proficiency in spreadsheets and interest in accounting or CRM systems

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
