Job Description : The Role :

The Role :

Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a Team Lead to join our team. This will be on the 2nd Shift and be working with other team players in our Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) department where we use various gases to coat products.

What You'll Do :

• Inspecting and packing finished products
• Populating WIP board for the coating tools
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of PECVD cleaning, packing, and Coating processes and activities in the cleaning room including part reservations
• Liaise with planners and inventory clerks to make sure materials are moving on the floor as required.
• Support the cleaning of coated and uncoated parts
• Direct communication with the Manufacturing Supervisor regarding production and team issues

What We Seek :

• Minimum High School Diploma or College equivalence
• Have past supervisory or team leadership experience
• Able to work 2nd shift and weekend Overtime when needed
• Able to work around chemicals (IPA and Acetone)
• Fluency in English is required
• Able to communicate fluently with peers
• Able to lift 40lbs and stand for almost entire shift

Outstanding Candidates Will Have :

• Supervisory and team lead experience
• Able to train on 2nd shift for three months
• Flexibility to be trained and cross trained
• Computer Skills (SAP / CamLine etc)
