Job descriptionJob Overview : As a Caregiver at Home Sweet Home CBRF, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, personal care, medication management, and creating a safe and nurturing environment for our residents. Responsibilities : Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming- Administer medication under the direction of a nurse- Monitor and document changes in residents' health and behavior- Engage residents in social activities and provide emotional support- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other staff members Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred- CBRF certification preferred, but not required- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a team environment- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds- Ability to pass a background check (Please note : We do not inquire about criminal backgrounds as per state regulations)Salary Range : $12 to $13.75 per hourIf you are passionate about helping others and making a difference in the lives of seniors, we encourage you to apply for the Full Time Caregiver position at Home Sweet Home CBRF.
