Housing Choice Voucher Specialist

Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Housing Choice Voucher Specialist. In this position, you'll use your organizational skills and housing program knowledge to coordinate the Housing Choice Voucher process.

What You'll be Doing :

Coordinate the Voucher Journey

• Guide applicants through the entire Housing Choice Voucher process from approval through move-in
• Oversee the intake and lease-up process for all voucher holders
• Prioritize and resolve high-urgency HCV cases, especially those stuck between approval and move-in

Resident & PHA Relations

Internal Collaboration & Inspections

Projects & Continuous Learning

Qualifications & Experience

This is an office-based position in Charlotte, NC, and requires in-office attendance five days a week, Monday through Friday . Our client offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
