The listed minimum pay reflects compensation for a  full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE)  position. Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time).

Position Overview

Minimum Pay : $266,808.00

We are seeking a Board-Certified / Board Eligible Physiatrist to join our rehabilitation team. This role combines inpatient leadership with the opportunity to help grow a new outpatient clinic and perform PM&R consults across the hospital system.

Duties :

• Conduct PM&R consults for a variety of rehab needs (neuro, musculoskeletal, complex medical)
• Provide safe, evidence-based medical management, including spasticity treatment, bowel and bladder programs, and comprehensive brain injury care.
• Collaborate on the development and expansion of outpatient rehabilitation services
• Ensure quality outcomes, compliance, and an exceptional patient experience
• Engage in program growth, education, and quality improvement initiatives
