Location - El Mirage, AZ
Duration - 6+Months Contract (possible extension)
Client : Multinational Organization / Global Technology Company
About the Role :
Our Team is currently seeking a strong Data Center Technician to support both company-specific servers as well as data center buildouts at customer data centers.
The ideal candidate balances strong technical hardware, physical network set up, and verbal / written communication skills, who are also are highly analytical with superior attention-to-detail, self-motivated, and a positive, humble 'results driven' attitude.
Related Skills :
- Required Experience : 2+yrs and above
- Hardware / Server Troubleshooting skills
- Great server hardware knowledge with a deep understanding of all component & system type failures
- Utilize Linux and Windows Command-Line to troubleshoot hardware.
- Physical Network Set-Up
- Network troubleshooting of Layer-1, Layer-2, Layer-3
- Ability to independently and regularly lift items weighing up to 50lbs or in partnership for items over 50lbs in weight.
- Education : High School Diploma / Associate / Bachelors / Equivalent experience
Good to have :
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience
- CompTIA Server+ or Network + equivalent experience
- CCENT or equivalent experience
- Data Center Experience
