Hospitality Services Manager @ Byron Park

The Hospitality Services Manager @ Byron Park is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service designed to reinforce and enhance resident and family experience, satisfaction and loyalty.

This is a full time salaried position, Tuesday-Saturday.

Pay range : $75-78k / yr

What will I do every day?

• Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction and loyalty
• Pro-actively identify and address resident challenges and opportunities for improvement
• Oversee a smooth and customer service-focused front desk
• Motivate and lead a high-performance Customer Service team
• Execute the move-in and welcome, transfer, and move-out processes of residents effectively
• Manage the department budget
• Help coordinate resident focus group meetings
• Assists the resident in the selection and placement of furniture for his / her new home
