Hospitality Services Manager @ Byron Park
The Hospitality Services Manager @ Byron Park is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service designed to reinforce and enhance resident and family experience, satisfaction and loyalty.
This is a full time salaried position, Tuesday-Saturday.
Pay range : $75-78k / yr
What will I do every day?
- Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction and loyalty
- Pro-actively identify and address resident challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Oversee a smooth and customer service-focused front desk
- Motivate and lead a high-performance Customer Service team
- Execute the move-in and welcome, transfer, and move-out processes of residents effectively
- Manage the department budget
- Help coordinate resident focus group meetings
- Assists the resident in the selection and placement of furniture for his / her new home
What will I need to be successful in this role?
Excellent customer service and communication skillsHigh school graduate or GED is required, bachelor's degree preferredA minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or guest relationsA minimum of 2 years' supervisory experienceExperience in accounting and familiarity with accounting terms and principals preferredWhat's in it for me?
