Process Controls Project Coordinator

Location : Omaha, NE Reports To : Sales Manager / Inside Sales Manager

Position Summary

The Process Controls Project Coordinator will be responsible for quoting and managing both large-scale projects and day-to-day process controls applications. This role bridges technical engineering support, customer service, and project management, ensuring timely and accurate execution of projects ranging from valve automation and instrumentation packages to manual valve and piping applications. The coordinator will work closely with outside sales, vendors, and customers to deliver engineered solutions that meet customer specifications, compliance standards, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Quoting & Applications

• Prepare and deliver accurate, competitive quotes for process control products (valve automation, instrumentation, manual valves, and related systems).
• Interpret customer specifications, drawings, and RFQs to develop complete solutions.
• Partner with vendors to secure pricing, lead times, and technical information.
• Provide day-to-day support for internal and external sales teams with quick-turnaround applications and proposals.
