Urologist Physician Locums Job Ongoing Coverag e in Indiana Beginning December 1, 2025 Assignment

Dates of Coverage :

Monday, December 1 at 7a Friday, December 5 at 5p

Monday, December 8 at 7a Friday, December 19 at 5p

Monday, December 22 at 7a Friday, December 26 at 5p

Shift Details :

W ill be on 24 hour call covering the hospital consults, clinic patients, and rounding (c linic coverage : 7AM-5PM; night call : 5PM-7AM)

2-5 clinic patients per day

Details / Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency

Indiana license at the time of submission required - client will not consider unlicensed candidates

Indiana DEA and CDS certification is required

ACLS certification required

Adults only

EMR : EPIC
