Global Critical Concern Engineering Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage our Critical Concern Engineering Team. This pivotal role involves leading a team of Critical Concern Managers and engineers who are at the forefront of identifying, evaluating, and resolving high-impact critical concerns. You will be instrumental in ensuring the meticulous application of our comprehensive 14D structured problem-solving methodology across regional Critical Concern Engineering teams and guiding the team through the Field Service Action (FSA) process from investigation to implementation and serving as a critical interface across the enterprise.

This position demands strong leadership, deep technical problem-solving acumen, and exceptional communication skills to drive resolution, support senior leadership, and champion continuous improvement across our regional Critical Concern Engineering teams.

Qualifications

You'll have ...

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product development, manufacturing, quality, or a related engineering field within Ford or a similar complex automotive environment.
• 5+ years of leadership.
