Job Description

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs to support efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure production meets quality standards.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation related to CNC programming and operations.
  • Train and support operators on CNC machines and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing activities.
  • Assist in the selection and implementation of new equipment and technologies.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful CNC Manufacturing Engineer should have :

  • Strong proficiency in CNC programming and machining processes.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintaining CNC machinery.
  • Knowledge of CAD / CAM software and manufacturing best practices.
  • A degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
