Dining Room Manager

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to be a part of our small dining room team. With three Michelin stars, Benu is an outstanding restaurant to work, progress, and learn in.

The dining room manager works closely alongside our general manager to assist with staff training and reservation monitoring. Responsibilities include a combination of dining room service and administrative operations.

Qualifications :

• Experience at a restaurant of a similar level
• Meticulous attention to detail and follow through
• Genuine desire to manage people and encourage growth
• Warm sincerity and alignment of service philosophies in caring for guests
• Introductory wine knowledge through an organization (eg. WSET OR CMS)
