Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Regional Account Manager to join our client's team. This position is pivotal in managing and expanding the customer base in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in industrial machinery sales, demonstrate strong business development skills, and have the ability to build lasting client relationships.

• Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and expand the company's presence in the region.
• Business Development : Identify and engage with new potential customers, exploring opportunities to introduce the company's advanced machinery solutions.
• Client Management : Maintain strong, positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Product Knowledge : Conduct detailed product demonstrations, explaining the benefits and features of the company's machinery.
• Market Insights : Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
• Reporting and Analysis : Provide regular updates and sales reports to senior management, including forecasts and market analysis.
• Travel Requirements : Be prepared to travel frequently within the region for client meetings, trade shows, and on-site visits.
