As a Kitchen and Bath Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales for the department and store. Your responsibilities will involve :

• Providing warm, friendly service to customers, assisting them in identifying their kitchen and bath project needs.
• Conducting engaging showroom tours to showcase products and services.
• Scheduling kitchen and bath measurements and consultations to discuss room designs.
• Making informed purchasing recommendations to help customers achieve their project goals.
• Monitoring stock levels of samples and brochures, ensuring that all materials are well-stocked and available for customers.
• Maintaining a visually appealing and safe store environment by organizing special order displays and showroom layouts.

By effectively supporting key store priorities such as Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance, you will contribute significantly to the overall success of the store.
