Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) seeks a Customer Service Representative for a contract term at one of our biggest financial clients! This position requires that the selected candidate will work in Charlotte, NC or Tempe, AZ.
Scope of Work Examples :
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask
- Office receptionist / clerk relay messages and copy information.
- Fielding calls from 3rd party vendors hearing what is being told to them.
- Thinking outside the box in working with the vendors and taking once source of information and put into our source.
- Prior position should show punctuality and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ideal having one year call center experience.
Required Technology Skills :
- Computer familiarity
- Experience with Mastermind would be preferred.
