Your Role
As a Construction Project Coordinator , you will provide support for project managers with a primary focus on coordinating and maintaining documentation, organization, and communication to achieve job start compliance with subcontractors and vendors.
Create / build new jobs in ProCore; pre-construction setupAssist with construction estimating and budget preparationGenerate Subcontracts and Subcontractor Change Orders, including distribution and trackingAssist in requesting and closing out Purchase Orders, data entry and accounting tasksAssist with development of internal and external reports including project budgeting, cost reports, project cash flow forecast, and project status reports to all stakeholdersAssist field staff with inspections, revisions, utilities, and submit final documents for COAttend meetings in the office and in the field as required, take notes and prepare draft meeting minutesReview submittals and assist with RFI sCommunicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients throughout the processAdminister project documentation and filing systems including close out documentsAssist with project turnover documentation, record keeping / retention, warranty administration and project closeoutWhat We're Looking For
Skilled in organizing project timelines, coordinating tasks, and assisting project managers in keeping projects on track5 years' commercial construction experienceExperienced in maintaining project documentation, permits, contracts, and progress reports for construction projectsStrong verbal and written communication skills, effectively liaising with team members, clients, vendors, and subcontractorsKnowledgeable in tracking budgets, monitoring expenditures, and assisting in maintaining project schedulesEnsures all required permits and licenses are obtained and that the project complies with legal and regulatory standardsProficient in project management software, Procore, Excel and Microsoft Office SuiteJob Details
