Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty : Home Health

• Duration : 14 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift : 8 hours, days
• Employment Type : Travel
• Shift : 8a–5p, Monday–Friday
• Charting : Epic (Required)
• No weekends
• No first-time travelers
• Pending license accepted (only for non-compact states)
• Minimal RTO – must be included at submission
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Orientation : 40 hours
• Floating : May float to other offices if needed
