Technical Coordinator - Hybrid (Dallas, TX)

As a Technical Coordinator, you will :

• Review projects for errors and areas of improvement throughout project creation and make corrections as needed
• Ensure projects are assigned to the correct operations center (GOC / NOC, based on project restrictions) and correlating deliverable supervisors
• Ensure that folder locations in the project SharePoint site and Bluebeam have been created via automatic processes and fixes errors if needed
• Update ECT (Engineering Collaboration Tool) with task due dates provided by Engineering Coordinators
• Manage Queue Notifications daily and timely
• Follow up on 5 to 10 Day Look Ahead Report to help Deliverables meet assigned timelines
• Close out and archive projects with supporting documentation

You will make an impact with these qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or state-recognized GED
• 2+ years of administrative experience and organizational skills
• 2+ years of experience in queue management and collaborating with cross functional teams
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and PC skills
• Qualified candidates must be able to work in a hybrid (onsite / remote) work environment in the Greater Dallas / Ft. Worth Metro area
• Must be 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of administrative experience and organizational skills within construction, engineering, mechanical / electrical, low voltage, or similar technical industries
• 4+ years of experience in queue management and collaborating with cross functional teams
• 1+ years of experience with BookIT, SAP and / or ECT (Engineering Collaboration Tool)

The pay range for this position is $37,900 - $70,300. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
