Requirements :

MA License

2 years of experience in acute care, rehab or homecare as an Occupational Therapist Registered with the Board of Registration in Massachusetts

1- year certified home care OT Licensure

Travel required

BLS

Other Details :

Ability to work with various computer software required and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices preferred

Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing situations
