Senior Staff Engineer - Data Platform

A company is looking for a Sr Staff Engineer - Data Platform to architect and evolve its data backbone.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy a multi-tenant, secure data lake and scalable storage architectures

Build and optimize high-throughput real-time data pipelines and streaming platforms

Define and implement data governance policies, role-based access control, and enable analytics for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Data Infrastructure and building scalable data platforms

Hands-on expertise with event-driven architecture and large streaming systems such as Kafka or Spark Streaming

Experience designing distributed storage systems, including data lakehouses

Strong understanding of data modeling and schema design best practices

Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java, with experience in ETL / ELT frameworks
