Qualifications of Generator Service Sales Representative
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or one to three years of relevant sales experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated aptitude in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Salesforce or previous exposure to other CRM software is advantageous
Job Responsibilities of a Generator Service Sales Representative :
- Cultivates relationships with current and potential clients to uphold exceptional customer service standards for power generation maintenance
- Prepares and discusses contract proposals with prospective clients
- Supports the Service Department by coordinating with customers regarding requested or identified repairs during maintenance
- Represents company at industry functions, trade shows, and events
- Implements strategic and creative approaches to expand sales and penetrate new market areas
