Position Summary

Waaree Solar Americas is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual (English / Spanish) HR Business Partner to support its growing workforce and business operations. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The position requires expertise in HR best practices, exceptional communication skills across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance on organizational strategies, workforce planning, and employee development.
• Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist with high volume recruiting.
• Provide bilingual HR support in both English and Spanish to ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Support performance management processes by coaching managers, facilitating feedback, and promoting employee engagement.
• Drive change management initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee retention.
• Manage HR processes through UKG ERP system, including reporting, data integrity, and overall system optimization.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives.
• Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement policies, programs, and practices that align with business objectives.
