QualificationsEducation and Work ExperienceCurrent state Registered Pharmacist License.Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.BLS certification required within 6 months of hire and must be maintained.
