As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for residents and visitors. What Youll Do :

Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity to Allied Universal management and / or local authorities as appropriate.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues within the residential community.

Assist residents and visitors with inquiries and provide directions as needed while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Minimum Requirements :

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
