A company is looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to support corporate recruiting efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
Collaborate with the People Operations team to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key corporate roles across various departments
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in both agency and corporate recruiting
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Experience in talent acquisition at a high-growth startup is a bonus
