A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness within the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating reviews across all sales segments
Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for insights
Collaborate with the Go-To-Market organization to address data integrity issues and improve processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
4-5 years of experience in a Sales Analyst or Sales / Revenue Operations role
Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and sales analytics tools
Deep knowledge of Salesforce.com and experience with GTM tools
Fluency in Advanced Data Analytics and experience with BI tools and Excel
