Construction Project Manager - Healthcare

Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges. Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management. Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively. Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
